About ACT
WHO’S WHO IN THE CAST
Theodore Anderson (Guitar) Is a guitarist that has played in the pit for Amity for Mean Girls and now also the Theory of Relativity. He is excited to perform at the Fringe this year and thanks his family and friends for their support.
Michael Baker (Piano) Is a rising junior and is thrilled to play music in Scotland with Amity Creative Theater! Recently Mike played Keyboard 1 for The Little Mermaid at Amity High School. Micheal has won a Merit Award for ensemble work at Neighborhood Music School, and Amity underclassmen awards for excellence in music and music theory. He is so grateful for all the support from his peers, friends, family, and teachers, and is also very thankful for this wonderful opportunity.
Alex Chimid (Cast) is ecstatic to be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival! Most recently, Alex appeared as Aquata in The Little Mermaid at Amity High School. She extends her gratitude to her friends and family, as well as her directors and Fringe staff.
Sophie Cohen (Cast) Is so excited to be a part of her third Amity Creative Theater Show! She previously appeared in the ensemble of The Little Mermaid, and as Mayor Superba in The Minutes. She would like to thank her family and friends for all the support and love and also thanks to Mr. Kennedy and Mrs. Rizzotti for providing her with this amazing opportunity and continued support!
Quin Cohen (Lighting Designer) This is Quin’s first production as a lighting designer, second production as a light board operator, and tenth overall theater production. Outside of theater, they run varsity cross country and track and field, as well as make music.
Junia Croasmun (Cast) Is thrilled to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival! Recent credits include The Little Mermaid (Ensemble) at Amity High School and Frozen (Pabbi) and Matilda Jr. (Alice) at AMSB. She would like to thank her family and AHSTF for making this experience possible.
Claire DeRosa (Cast) Is going into her senior year. She is starting her third year with the Amity Creative Theater. Some of her favorite past performances are the Little Mermaid, Mean Girls, and Pippin
Anna Edwards (Cast) Is very excited to be making her Edinburgh Fringe Festival Debut. Recent credits include The Little Mermaid (Ariel), The Minutes (Mrs. Johnson), and Mean Girls (Cady Heron) at Amity Regional High School. Over the years, Anna has also enjoyed performing in community productions with companies such as Pantochino Productions and most recently appearing in RENT at Center Stage Theatre. Anna would like to give a huge thanks to her family for their unconditional love and support, and gives so much love to her ACT family, in which this show would be impossible without.
Ethan Enos (Cast) Is a rising senior from Woodbridge, is thrilled to be in ACT’s production of The Theory of Relativity. In the past, he has been in The Little Mermaid as the pilot The Minutes as Mr. Breeding, Mean Girls as a mathlete, and Beauty and the Beast as a bartender. Ethan would like to thank Mr. Kennedy, Mrs. Rizzotti, Andrea, and especially his parents for giving him the opportunities and support he needs to create an amazing show.
Tommy Francese (Cast) Is a rising junior at Amity Regional High School and he is thrilled about this opportunity to be in this show and to perform at The Fringe Festival. His past roles at Amity include Shane Oman in Mean Girls, Mr. Peel in The Minutes, most recently as Prince Eric in Disney’s The Little Mermaid.
Ben Gavaletz (Cast) Is a graduated senior who is thrilled to attend the Fringe with the Amity Creative Theater. In the fall, he is headed for Binghamton University, where he will continue his passion for theater. He would like to thank his family and friends for the overwhelming support.
Robert Kennedy (Director/ Producer) Rob is in his 19th year as the director and Theater Arts Teacher at Amity High School in Woodbridge, CT. The Amity Creative Theater (ACT) has won numerous awards from the CT High School Musical Theater Awards, the New England Theater Conference the Stephen Sondheim Awards and has sent three students to the Jimmy Awards on Broadway. Some recent shows he directed include The Little Mermaid, The Minutes, Mean Girls, Beauty and the Beast, The Play that Goes Wrong and Puffs. Rob has also produced and directed Almost Maine (UK premiere), and The Third Wave here at the Fringe. He has been nominated three times for the Excellence in Theater Award by the American Theater Wing/ Tony Awards and in 2018 was a CT Teacher of the Year finalist. Prior to teaching Rob was a professional actor. Much love and thanks to his wife and co-director Andrea and his children Ryan and Grace. Rob is a proud graduate of Amity High School. Go Spartans!
Eleni Kyriakides (Cast) is so excited to making her debut with Amity creative theater! She has been a part of Amity Creative Theater’s costume crew since freshman year and is finally ready to be on stage. She would like to thank her mom and dad for all their support and love.
Juliet Laghi (Cast) Is so excited to be in her third show with Amity Creative Theater! Juliet has played Flotsam in The Little Mermaid and Ensemble in Mean Girls both at Amity High School. She would like to thank her family for supporting her with this amazing opportunity! She would also like to thank her friends, cast, and everyone else involved in The Theory of Relativity.
Finn MacDaniel (Cast) Is very excited to be part of another ACT show. This is his 6th show with the theater program, and he has been having a great time at rehearsals. Credits include The Little Mermaid, The Minutes, Mean Girls, Love Sick and Beauty and the Beast. Finn is very thankful for the opportunity to go to the Fringe festival and perform with his friends!
Grace Meacham (Cast) Is ecstatic to be performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the Theory of Relativity with ACT! Recent credits include The Little Mermaid (Ensemble), with ACT, and Frozen Jr. (Bulda) and Matilda Jr. (Amanda Thripp) with AMSB. Grace would like to extend her gratitude to her family for their constant love and support, and to Mr. Kennedy and Mrs. Rizzotti for their help and guidance throughout the rehearsal process.
Sarah Megyola (Cast) Is a rising senior from Bethany, CT and is thrilled to be in The Theory of Relativity with A.C.T. at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Previously, she appeared in The Little Mermaid as Mersister Allana. She is immensely grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and is amazed by the talent of her fellow cast and crew members. She gives a heartfelt thank you to her parents for their support, as well as Mr. Kennedy and her friends.
Grace Millard (Cast) Is a junior and is grateful to be in the cast of The Theory of Relativity. Last year she performed as a Mersister in The Little Mermaid, and previously also as Gretchen Weiners in Mean Girls. She enjoys other creative outlets like painting and writing. Grace would like to thank her parents for encouraging her curiosity and passions. A special thanks to her coach Edwin. Finally, she is immensely proud to work with the amazing cast and crew that make being a part of ACT so magical.
Parker Meyenburg (Wardrobe/ Deck Crew) is thrilled to be making his Fringe debut with Amity Creative Theater! He would like to thank his family and friends for their endless support.
Jane Nolan (Cast) Is overjoyed to be making her Fringe Festival debut! Jane has been performing since the age of 5 and is a rising sophomore at Amity High School. Some recent credits include Frozen jr. as Anna (AMSB) Matilda Jr. as Lavender (AMSB), and The Little Mermaid as part of the ensemble (Amity High School). Later this year she will be playing Beth in Little Women the Musical with the Hamden Turnpike Players. She is forever grateful to her parents, little brother, and cats for their never-ending love and support.
Viviana Pfannenbecker (Stage Manager) Is so excited to be the stage manager for her first production. She has been Student Producer for 3 shows at Amity High School including, Mean Girls, The Minutes, and The Little Mermaid. She is so grateful for this opportunity and would like to thank her mom, sister, Mr. Kennedy, Mrs. Rizzoti, and the whole cast & crew.
Sophia Przybyloski (Cast) Is an incoming senior making her musical debut in The Theory of Relativity! She has been a dedicated member of the school’s choir all four years and sings with the a cappella group Rhythmics. Sophia has also worked behind the scenes as part of the costume crew for the past two years. She’s thrilled to be stepping into the spotlight and is grateful for the support of her cast, crew, and directors.
Marcia Rizzotti (Music Director) is from Orange, CT and serves as the choral director at Amity High School, where she has proudly been the musical director for the past nine years alongside director and friend, Rob Kennedy. She finds great joy in helping young singers develop their voices and discover their place to shine on stage. Outside of rehearsal, Marcia and her husband stay busy (and entertained!) raising their two sons, who share her love of the stage and the basketball court.
David Tobin (Cast) Is a high school student from Connecticut and is honored to be given the opportunity to perform at Edinburgh’s Fringe Festival in Amity Creative Theatre’s production of The Theory of Relativity. Taking the stage in his fourth production with ACT, David has previously appeared in Amity's productions of Disney’s The Little Mermaid as Scuttle, Mean Girls as an ensemble member and The Minutes as Mr. Oldfield. He is excited to spread his passion for the arts overseas and continue to grow as a performer.
Liam van Tonder (Cast) Is a rising senior from Woodbridge, CT. He's been part of productions of The Little Mermaid as King Triton, Mean Girls as Jason W., at Amity High School. Liam would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy, Mrs. Rizzotti, the talented and supportive cast, and his voice teacher, Patrick McGill. A HUGE thank you to his family for their love and amazing support.
Fynn Vouras (Cast) Is so excited to be making his on-stage debut with Amity Creative Theater in the ensemble of the Theory of Relativity! Previously, Fynn has been part of the crew of Amity's The Little Mermaid, The Minutes, and Mean Girls. He would like to thank his friends and family for their support and is so grateful for this opportunity.
Brayden Zhang (Cast) is extremely excited to perform in The Theory of Relativity, his fifth Amity Creative Theater show. Credits: Grimsby in The Little Mermaid, Mr. Assalone in The Minutes, Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast, and a soloist at Amity MusicFEST '24 and '25, all at Amity. He would like to thank his family and friends for their support. He can't wait to perform for y'all!
ABOUT ACT

The Amity Creative Theater (ACT) at Amity Regional High School is located in Woodbridge, Connecticut USA has had a long history of theater productions dating back to the school's founding in the early 1950's. The school serves the three towns of Bethany, Orange and Woodbridge, Connecticut. Currently the department, is under the direction of theater teacher and Amity alumnus Rob Kennedy, Director Choreographer Andrea Kennedy and Music Director Marcia Rizzotti. Amity prides itself in selecting works with current themes and strong social messages that appeal to the school's student population as well as the community at large.
